By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, subject to your rights under applicable United Arab Emirates laws.

Please read these terms carefully before using our website or purchasing our products.

1. General Information

NightDrip is an Abu Dhabi-based specialty cold brew brand offering coffee brewing equipment and pre-measured specialty ground coffee.

Our products are designed to simplify the process of preparing specialty cold brew at home.

Throughout these Terms of Service, “NightDrip,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operating www.nightdrip.ae.

By using our website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement.

2. Products and Availability

NightDrip currently offers the following products:

  • Starter Pack: A cold brew maker accompanied by three pre-measured specialty coffee pouches.
  • 7-Day Pack: Seven pre-measured specialty ground coffee pouches designed for use with the NightDrip cold brew maker.
  • Other Products: Additional coffee products, accessories, and bundles that may be introduced in the future.

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to update our product selection, discontinue products, or modify product specifications without prior notice, provided that existing confirmed orders and applicable consumer rights are respected.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, and specifications are accurate.

Minor variations in product appearance, packaging, and coffee characteristics may occur.

3. Product Usage

NightDrip coffee products are intended for preparation according to the brewing instructions provided with each product.

Customers are responsible for following the recommended preparation, storage, and handling instructions.

For the best experience, we recommend:

  • Using the indicated amount of water.
  • Refrigerating coffee for the recommended brewing period.
  • Using clean brewing equipment.
  • Following the storage instructions printed on the coffee packaging.
  • Consuming products within their stated shelf life.

Brewing results may vary depending on water quality, refrigerator temperature, preparation methods, and personal taste preferences.

NightDrip does not guarantee that every customer will experience identical flavors or brewing results.

Nothing in this section limits our responsibility for defective, unsafe, or nonconforming products under applicable law.

4. Pricing and Payments

All product prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).

Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be displayed during checkout.

NightDrip reserves the right to change product prices at any time.

However, price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and confirmed.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment service providers integrated with our Shopify website.

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information.

NightDrip does not intentionally collect or store complete payment card details through its own website systems.

5. Orders and Order Confirmation

After successfully placing an order, customers will receive an order confirmation through the contact information provided during checkout.

An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders where there is a legitimate reason, including:

  • Product unavailability.
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions.
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
  • Obvious pricing or technical errors.
  • Payment authorization failure.

If NightDrip cancels an order after payment has been collected, the customer will receive an appropriate refund.

6. Shipping and Delivery

NightDrip currently provides delivery services within the United Arab Emirates, subject to courier availability and the delivery locations displayed during checkout.

Delivery charges are calculated and displayed before completing the purchase.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including their full address and contact number.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and may vary due to courier schedules, weather, public holidays, and other circumstances.

NightDrip will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the communicated timeframe.

If a delivery is delayed, lost, or otherwise affected, customers should contact NightDrip for assistance.

Customers retain their rights under applicable UAE consumer protection laws regarding delayed or undelivered goods.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

All NightDrip sales are final for change-of-mind purchases.

Due to the nature of our products, including ground coffee and brewing equipment, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Changes of mind.
  • Personal taste preferences.
  • Incorrect products selected by the customer.
  • Products that are no longer wanted.
  • Products damaged through improper use or storage by the customer.

Exceptions apply where required by UAE consumer protection laws.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, unsafe, or different from what was ordered, customers may be entitled to an appropriate remedy, including repair, replacement, or refund.

We encourage customers to contact us within 48 hours of delivery when an issue is discovered. This recommended reporting period does not restrict statutory rights.

8. Coffee Freshness and Storage

NightDrip is committed to providing specialty coffee products that meet our quality standards.

Coffee should be stored according to the instructions printed on the product packaging.

Customers should avoid exposing coffee pouches to excessive heat, moisture, or direct sunlight.

Products should not be consumed after their stated expiry date.

Once a coffee pouch has been opened, we recommend using its contents promptly.

Coffee flavor and aroma naturally change over time. Normal changes within the product’s stated specifications do not automatically indicate a defect.

9. Intellectual Property

All original content appearing on www.nightdrip.ae, including our branding, logos, product designs, photographs, text, illustrations, and graphics, is owned by NightDrip or used with permission from the relevant rights holders.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit protected content without prior written authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.

The NightDrip name and branding may not be used in a manner that falsely suggests an affiliation, partnership, or endorsement.

10. Website Use

Customers agree to use our website lawfully and responsibly.

You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website or systems.
  • Interfere with website security or functionality.
  • Submit fraudulent orders or payment information.
  • Use the website for unlawful activities.
  • Copy or distribute protected website content without authorization.

11. Promotional Offers and Discounts

NightDrip may occasionally offer promotional discounts, giveaways, coupon codes, and special offers.

Promotions may be subject to additional eligibility requirements, validity periods, and limitations.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash.

NightDrip reserves the right to cancel promotional codes that have expired or have been obtained or used fraudulently.

12. Subscription Services

NightDrip may introduce recurring coffee subscriptions.

If subscriptions become available, customers will be informed of the applicable:

  • Subscription price.
  • Billing frequency.
  • Delivery frequency.
  • Renewal conditions.
  • Cancellation procedure.

Customers will be required to authorize recurring payments before a subscription begins.

Any cancellation deadlines and refund conditions will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

Customers will not be enrolled in recurring payments without their authorization.

13. Limitation of Liability

NightDrip makes reasonable efforts to ensure that its products and website meet applicable quality and safety standards.

To the extent permitted by UAE law, NightDrip is not responsible for losses resulting solely from improper product use, failure to follow storage instructions, or unauthorized interference with its website.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from defective or unsafe products or violations of mandatory consumer rights.

14. Third-Party Services

Our website operates through Shopify and may integrate third-party services for payment processing, shipping, analytics, and other business operations.

NightDrip is not responsible for the independent operation of third-party websites or platforms.

However, the use of third-party providers does not remove NightDrip’s obligations toward customers under applicable law.
